On-chain Transfers

The Transfer page in the top navigation supports three ways to send assets independently of market orders:

OptionSending networkReceiving address
QTC · QuantusQuantus mainnetQuantus QTC address
USDT · BSCBSC mainnetBSC address
BNB · BSCBSC mainnetBSC address

First unlock your local wallet, select the asset, and check the Current sending address, the full receiving address and the amount. Then select the confirmation checkbox and click Sign and send. For a BNB transfer, leave enough BNB to pay gas in addition to the transfer amount. USDT transfers also require BNB for gas. QTC and BSC addresses are not interchangeable.

During the pre-signing balance and network checks, signing and broadcasting, the page shows the current status and restricts repeated clicks. After the transaction is broadcast, the card shows its transaction hash and block confirmation progress: 3/3 for QTC and 15/15 for BSC USDT and BNB. Use the link on the card to check the transaction in the corresponding block explorer.

If the broadcast response is lost, the page is refreshed or the service temporarily cannot determine the result, the browser retains a record of the transaction pending verification. New transactions may be blocked until the original transaction is confirmed or its status is clear. The page provides Verify transaction, Verify or recover, and progress refresh options. When necessary, it only rebroadcasts the same original transaction. Do not sign another payment simply because a success message has not appeared immediately.

Standalone transfers do not create market buy or sell orders and cannot replace the QTC delivery bound to a market order. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed once sent. The website generally cannot recover funds lost through an incorrect network or address.
