Recovery phrase and local password#
Your recovery phrase and private keys are used in your local wallet. Do not enter them in chats, emails, customer support windows or unofficial websites. The recovery phrase grants control over your assets. Your local password only protects the encrypted wallet stored in this device's browser; it is not an on-chain password. Keep your recovery phrase offline, or store your encrypted backup file separately from its password. The platform cannot reset or recover a lost recovery phrase.
Importing a wallet again replaces the current wallet in this browser. Before proceeding, make sure you have backed up the original wallet's recovery phrase, and check the QTC and BSC addresses displayed after the import.
Checks before a transaction#
- Confirm that the browser address is www.uniqtc.xyz, and identify whether you are currently using Quantus QTC or BSC USDT / BNB.
- Check the full receiving address, quantity, unit price and BNB gas required for the order. Shortened addresses are only for recognition and must not be used for the final check.
- Start or continue market delivery from My orders. Do not use a regular Transfer as order delivery.
- Do not pay again while an on-chain operation shows Signing, Broadcasting or Waiting for block confirmations. After closing the page or switching networks, check the original order and transaction hash first.
Why is a button disabled?#
Common reasons include a wallet that has not been unlocked or bound, an insufficient balance, insufficient BNB for gas, inputs that do not meet the order requirements, an existing transaction pending verification whose result is unclear, or temporarily unavailable on-chain reads or proof services. The page shows the corresponding status. Check the network and balances first, then refresh the order or balances later. Do not switch wallets or submit repeatedly to bypass the original transaction's pending confirmation state.
What if I have sent funds but they have not arrived yet?#
First save or copy the transaction hash shown on the page and look it up in the corresponding network's block explorer. Standalone QTC transfers show 3 confirmations, and standalone BSC transfers show 15 confirmations. Market orders also need to complete cross-chain verification and BSC settlement. If the page says the result is undetermined, use the check or recovery function on the original page and retain the original transaction record until its status is clear.
Can an order be canceled immediately?#
Open offers can be canceled using the cancel button in My orders. Once an order is accepted, the buyer's USDT is already in escrow, and the seller may already have signed or sent the QTC. At that point, closing the page does not cancel the order. Timeouts, refunds and claims all depend on the contract state and on-chain evidence.
